Where can I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets online directly from our website in the Programme section, or in person at our designated ticket outlets.

Are subscriptions available?

Yes! We offer various subscription packages (e.g., Symphonic, Piano Recital/Chamber Music). You can find all the details in the Subscriptions section.

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend a concert?

Tickets are non-refundable, except in the event of a cancellation by the organizers.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Yes, subject to availability.

• Palazzo Steri (Piazza Marina, 60): On concert days from 7:00 PM.
• Orto Botanico: On concert days from 7:00 PM.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the performance begins. Latecomers will not be admitted once the concert has started.

Can I enter the venue before the start?

Yes, doors open approximately 30–40 minutes before the performance. While you wait, the Viridarium Buvette will be open, where you can enjoy an aperitif in a relaxed and evocative atmosphere.

Can I transfer my ticket?

Yes, as long as it is a standard (non-named) ticket.

Can I transfer my Unipa (University) ticket to someone else?

No. Unipa tickets are nominative and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask you to return your ticket so it can be reassigned to another member of the university community.

Are the venues accessible for people with disabilities?

Yes. Our main venues are fully accessible. For specific requirements, please contact us in advance.

What happens in case of bad weather?

If adverse weather prevents the event from taking place, you will be notified via email (if provided). We also encourage you to check our social media channels for updates.

How do I get to the venue?

You can reach our venues by public transport or car.

Can the programme change?

Yes, the programme is subject to change due to artistic or organizational requirements.

How long does the performance last?

The average duration depends on the event:

• Piano Recitals / Chamber Music: approximately 75–90 minutes.
• Symphonic Concerts: 120 minutes (without intermission).

Will there be an opportunity to meet the artists?

At selected events, a “meet and greet” with the musicians may take place after the performance. Please check the specific event details.

Is there parking available?

No, the venues do not have dedicated on-site parking.

Are pets allowed?

No, with the exception of certified service animals.

Will there be security checks at the entrance?

Yes, for the safety of all guests, security checks may be conducted at the entrance. We appreciate your cooperation and suggest bringing only essential items.

Is there a dress code?

A dress code is not mandatory, but we recommend smart or appropriate attire for a classical music event.
