Yeon-Min Park
Pianist
Yeon Min Park is an internationally acclaimed South Korean pianist. She won First Prize at the 2021 George Enescu International Music Competition, where she also received a special mention for her interpretation of Enescu’s music. In 2022 she was awarded Second Prize and the Audience Prize at the Liszt Utrecht Competition.
She made her orchestral debut with the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin under Vladimir Jurowski and has performed in prestigious venues such as the Golden Hall of the Musikverein in Vienna. She has appeared as soloist with leading orchestras including the Netherlands Radio Philharmonic, Romanian National Radio Symphony Orchestra, and Johannesburg Philharmonic Orchestra, among others.
Yeon Min Park is also a laureate of numerous international piano competitions, including those in Lyon, Suzhou, Palma d’Oro, Hanoi, and Darmstadt, and is widely appreciated for her expressive artistry and strong connection with audiences.
She has performed at major international festivals and toured extensively across Europe, Asia, Africa, and South America.
Academically, she graduated from Seoul National University and completed both her Master’s degree and Konzertexamen at the Hochschule für Musik, Theater und Medien Hannover, studying under Bernd Goetzke.
