Her debut CD, “Black Star”, released by FONTEC (Japan) in 2015, was well received. She subsequently recorded “Moonlight” in 2017. This success led to her third album, “MEDUSA”, released in 2019 on a major label, King Records. Since then, she has also been actively involved in arranging and performing rock music, working across multiple genres, including collaborations with world-renowned guitarist Marty Friedman.

In October 2024, Inoi was invited to perform at the Embassy of Japan in Washington, D.C., together with countertenor Daichi Fujiki, further expanding her international presence.

Ami was recognized from a young age in youth competitions in Japan. Among her early achievements are first prize at the 35th Guitar Music Grand Prix (Osaka, 2010) at the age of 16, and third place at the Taiwan International Guitar Competition in Taipei in 2014. Her most recent and prestigious achievement was being selected as the first Japanese finalist at the Guitar Foundation of America International Competition, the world’s most important classical guitar competition, held in Indianapolis in 2022.
