Lecture on coinage by Prof.
Lavinia Sole (an internationally renowned numismatist
from the University of Palermo) and Prof.
Thomas Pinoteau (École Française de Rome) and
Dr Chiara Portale, archaeologist and Director of the
Postgraduate School in Archaeological Heritage, where
she teaches Archaeology of Material and Figurative Culture
(Classical Archaeology), aimed at presenting ancient coins
not merely as objects of value, but as historical
documents.
